Why are there multiple charges from Admin 247 ATM on my credit card?

Our system prevents duplicate (identical) charges from being processed. If you have multiple charges on your credit card from Admin 247 ATM it means that you have either purchased several products/services/subscriptions from our Websites and/or you may have purchased trial memberships which will initially appear as the low trial price, then the full monthly price. What is customer fraud?

Customer fraud occurs when a customer purchases services/products and then tries to evade liability of the charges by contacting the issuing bank denying responsibility for the charge. As mentioned before, we track all usage, login times and card details as outlined in our privacy policy. We always pursue all cases of detected customer fraud dealing with banks and relevant authorities. All outstanding claims will be passed to partner collection agency which will ensure that every customer will be held liable for the charges they made. My card was declined and I can not purchase a service/product - what's wrong?

There are a number of factors why your card may have been declined: Some of these factors are: exceeded usage limits (too much activity on the card within a certain time frame), blocked card (your card was previously involved in a dispute), address verification (entered address did not match the bank's records), invalid information (invalid card number, expiration, name, CVV2), bank decline (insufficient funds, blocked card) among other reasons. How can I cancel a recurring subscription?

You will find on our main page a transaction search. Enter two pieces of information and click search. The search will bring up historical and current transactions made through Admin 247 ATM. Click on your active purchases and you will then be able to cancel them. You may alternatively contact us to cancel your subscription. [Top]


How do I make sure my subscription is cancelled ?

You will get an email confirmation that your subscription is now cancelled. When doing a historical transaction search, you will also notice that the certain subscription is not set to rebill anymore. [Top]

Once cancelled will i still have access?

Of course you’ll have access to the website for the entire time you paid for. Cancelling your account simply stops the billing cycle. Access is not cancelled just then, however the charges will not reoccur in the future. Website access will be denied only after your access period has ended. [Top]

What is your refund policy

Our subscription fees are nonrefundable.
Your membership will remain active until the end of the most recent paid billing period no matter when you cancel during that period.
